Terms of use

Terms governing use of the ForestBase Toolkit website and commissioned comparison work.

Acceptance

By using toolkitforestbase.click or commissioning work from ForestBase Toolkit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

About us

ForestBase Toolkit is the registered trading name of the practice operating from Office 10, 34 Demo Road, Manchester ZZ2 2AD, Great Britain. Contact: hello@toolkitforestbase.click / +44 161 000 5410.

Website content

Site content is informational. Rates are guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote. No payments or checkout are processed on this website.

Services

Commissioned mobile versus desktop conversion comparison studies, briefs, workshops, and reviews are governed by the statement of work or quote accepted for that engagement. Delivery timelines depend on timely access to analytics and stakeholder availability.

Intellectual property

Visualisation boards, briefs, and workshop materials we create for you become your property upon full payment, except for our underlying methods, templates, and pre-existing tools, which remain ForestBase Toolkit property. You may not resell our templates as a competing product.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (attempts to disrupt service, scrape at abusive volume, or submit unlawful content via forms). Enquiries must be made in good faith.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, ForestBase Toolkit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. For commissioned work, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in Great Britain.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
